Upper Primary

Class 4 to Class 6

Independence grows: longer writing, deeper maths and real projects, with ICT and French alongside the core.

In Upper Primary, pupils take on more for themselves: longer writing, multi-step maths, projects they research and present, and subjects taught with growing depth.

Computing, French and History join the core subjects, and clubs give every child a place to lead and shine beyond the classroom.

How we teach it

1

Thinking for themselves

Projects, presentations and debates teach pupils to research, reason and speak with confidence.

2

Depth in every subject

Teachers build on firm foundations so maths, science and writing grow in difficulty each term.

3

Ready for Junior High

Homework routines and study habits that make the step up to JHS feel natural.
